Sometimes. It depends on the publisher, jurisdiction, and factual posture. You receive an honest assessment of what is achievable before you engage — including when the answer is suppression instead.
What if the content is accurate?+
Accurate content is harder to remove and we say so plainly. Where removal is not viable, the matter moves to search suppression so the material stops shaping first impressions.
Does removal hold, or does it come back?+
We trace material through the republisher chain and monitor for reappearance, so the result is durable rather than cosmetic.
Is everything kept confidential?+
Yes. A mutual NDA is executed before any material information is exchanged. Files are compartmented internally, correspondence stays off shared inboxes, and records are purged after the engagement closes. We do not publish client names.
